We also offer half an hour 1-1 private classes. It is a great option for anyone who needs help with a certain skill or movement.Sign Up Now
- Every member at Metronome CrossFit gets a free initial 30 min consultation/goal setting session. We reassess your goals with you every 3 months to make sure that you are making the right steps and moving forward.
- Every member has to attend at least one group class a week to be able to use open gym times.
