Coach Dora

Dora Štenclová

Owner/Head Coach

Hi, I’m Dora. I am a dedicated coach, athlete, CrossFit Seminar Staff Flowmaster, Country Manager for CrossFit, LLC in Czech Republic and Slovakia and owner of Metronome CrossFit. It’s my passion to help others find strength, health, and happiness through the fitness and community of CrossFit. I am a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and a proud member of the CrossFit L1 & L2 Seminar Staff teaching trainers all around the world. I have completed the CrossFit Weightlifting and Gymnastics courses and I am Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and I am a Czech Weightlifting Association Level C Trainer.

Sports and competition have always played a big part in my life, especially freestyle Snowboarding. In 2012 I was introduced to CrossFit and fell in love with the new and challenging workouts, athletic improvement, and new friends I was making through the sport. I moved to Prague to study for my bachelor’s degree in Marketing and PR at Charles University. Eventually, I began working in marketing agencies and coaching CrossFit part-time where I discovered my true passion to help others succeed in their goals both in and out of the gym.

Flash forward to 2019 and building Metronome CrossFit. Our goal is to provide quality comprehensive coaching in a place where people can get fitter, have fun and build relationships for the long-term. Come check us out!


Nikol Sanchez Ruiz


Hi there, my name is Nikol and I am a CrossFit lover.

My passion for movement made me want to learn more about the human body and help others around me to live a happier and healthier life. In the summer of 2015, I got certified as a personal fitness trainer and started my coaching career shortly after.

Coming from a variety of activities such as martial arts, dancing, obstacle course racing, I discovered CrossFit back in 2017 and used its programming to recover from an ACL surgery. I fell in love with this sport immediately. It has not only helped me to become a stronger and fitter person but also to build a resilient mindset. I can’t express how much I enjoy being part of a community where people can achieve their fitness and health goals alongside personal growth.

In 2019, I decided to fully dedicate my trainer career to CrossFit methodology and became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Soon after, I found my “new home” at Metronome CrossFit. Ever since then, I have continued my education to be as good as I can be to help others achieve their goals. I became a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach in 2021, and since December 2022, I’ve been certified as a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer.

Tereza Zlámalová


I started CrossFit eight years ago when I was 13 years old. It has been my passion since then. I competed in CrossFit and also in weightlifting for four years. When I was 17 years old, I decided to start my journey as a CrossFit coach and pursued the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate course. I really enjoy coaching and helping people to get better, so I still want to continue my education. I have recently completed and earned the CrossFit Level 2 Trainer credential, and I am happy to continue developing my skills with you at MCF!

Lenka Kruse


I always enjoyed a variety of sports ranging from ice skating and skiing to dancing and martial arts. I discovered CrossFit back in 2014 when I was looking for ways to improve my fitness during my time as a Taekwondo instructor. I immediately fell in love with it due to its endless variety of functional movements and strong, supportive community. CrossFit made me a fitter, happier and more confident person allowing me to make wonderful friends along the way. I am grateful to be able to continue my CrossFit journey as a coach at MCF and I am driven to provide a safe, fun and inclusive environment for our members.

Lenny is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, British Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, NCFE Fitness Instructor Level 2 as well as Certified Fitness Instructor in the Czech Republic.


Filip Měchura


I discovered CrossFit in 2012 and started it as preparation for motocross. I became a strength and conditioning coach a couple of years after graduating from university and I coached mainly in professional football teams.

I passed my CF Level 1 in Vancouver in 2019 and began my era as a CrossFit L1 Trainer. I am a hobby active bike racer and CrossFit helps me to be a machine. I look forward to seeing what my next coaching chapter at Metronome CrossFit brings!


Dan Lee


The best part of building Metronome CrossFit and coaching here is not just helping people have one of the best hours of their day but helping them to have that effort spill over into other aspects of their lives. CrossFit has of course helped me and our members’ fitness and health but the overall effect in other areas has been profound as well. I am grateful to be able to share that with everyone who walks through our doors. 

I learned about CrossFit in 2012 in Olomouc, Czech Republic and was immediately hooked – from the WODs on dotcom in my living room, to reading the CrossFit Journal and watching any and every video from Coach Glassman. Shortly after I completed my CrossFit Level 1 Certificate course in 2013 in Chicago. I was passionate about CrossFit but my job had taken another direction, though my learning and training never stopped. I have always loved teaching, so after long consideration, Dora and I decided to Open Metronome CrossFit, and I renewed my CFL1 so we could help others experience what CrossFit has given us. 

As a coach, my and MCF’s goal for our members is not just for them to get sweaty and have a great workout, but to look at the big picture and provide them with an individual approach to reach their goals and have a blast doing it. I believe that MCF is just the place to do that.
