We have been helping people reach their fitness and personal goals since 2014. Our head coach and owner is a certified CrossFit Level 3 trainer and is part of CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff and teaches coaches all around the world.
Whatever your fitness and background you are welcome! Our passion is to create a supportive community of diverse members all of whom are working hard, cheering each other on and improving themselves every day.

This is how to get started!
We realize that getting started might be a little intimidating. Don’t worry! At Metronome CrossFit we make sure that you feel at home from the very first step you take into our gym.
Step 1: Small group fundamental classes
We require every new member without CrossFit experience to attend 4 fundamental classes. This will ensure that you learn the basics of functional movement and we use this time to get to know you better and introduce you to our community.
Step 2: Join group classes
This is where the fun begins!
