Our 6-Week Start Program Fundamental Course is your perfect starting point. It is a comprehensive 6-week introduction to CrossFit, with the flexibility to choose either three fundamental sessions in a group of a maximum 5 people or three individual fundamental sessions, followed by 13 CrossFit classes.

Book a free intro CrossFit class by filling out this form.  A friendly staff member will reach out to you via phone to arrange a convenient date for your intro. Rest assured, there’s no pressure to commit at this stage; this introduction is designed to help you determine if CrossFit aligns with your fitness goals.

We will discuss your goals and expectations and walk you through the theory and basics of CrossFit. A coach will guide you through essential movements, ensuring you’re comfortable every step of the way. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a real CrossFit workout with a Workout Of the Day (WOD).

Concerned about your current fitness level? Don’t be! CrossFit workouts can be scaled to suit individuals of all abilities, so there’s no need for any prior physical preparation before the class.

6-Week Start Course

Once you go through the intro class, our 6-Week Start Program Fundamental Course is the perfect way to begin your CrossFit journey. It’s a comprehensive 6-week introduction to CrossFit, with the flexibility to choose either three fundamental sessions in a group of a maximum 5 people or three individual fundamental sessions, followed by 13 CrossFit classes. The first three sessions cover the proper form and technique of foundational movements, including the barbell and gymnastics. Upon completing the three first fundamental movement sessions, you’ll seamlessly transition into our CrossFit classes. You’ll be well-prepared to thrive in our dynamic, supportive community and achieve your goals.

What can you expect during a CrossFit class at MCF?

At MCF we want to provide you with the best possible CF experience in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

Come early, get ready, roll out and have a chat before the class. We will then start the class all together to ensure it runs smoothly.

The coach will first debrief the plan for the class, then you will move to learning and practising movements. The last part of the class is the WOD and then the cool down.

All the workouts are scalable according to your physical condition and fitness level.

Our group classes are just as friendly and welcoming as the fundamentals, with our coaches ensuring you get proper attention and guidance.
