Start here. Book an intro session
Book a free intro CrossFit class by filling out this form. One of our staff members will contact you by phone to discuss and agree on a convenient date for the intro. No pressure to commit to anything yet; this intro is just a first step/way to decide if CrossFit can help you meet your goals.
You will be invited to a one-hour 1-1 class on our premises to get to know each other better and see if this is a good fit 🙂
We will discuss your goals and expectations and walk you through the theory and basics of CrossFit. You will learn a few movements under the close attention of your coach and then complete a WOD (Workout Of the Day).
Do not worry about your current shape; there is no need to undergo any physical preparations before the class, as the CrossFit workouts can be scaled to accommodate anyone.

Complete our on-ramp intro course
Once you complete the free intro, the easiest way to continue is to attend our CrossFit Fundamentals course.
This will ensure that you learn the basics of functional movements, and we use this time to get to know you better and introduce you to our community.
Our fundamental course consists of three fundamental classes (group of max. 5 people) followed by one group class where the real fun begins!
The price for all 4 classes is 1750 CZK.

What can you expect during a CrossFit class at MCF?
At MCF we want to provide you with the best possible CF experience in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
Come early, get ready, roll out and have a chat before the class. We will then start the class all together to ensure it runs smoothly.
The coach will first debrief the plan for the class, then you will move to learning and practising movements. The last part of the class is the WOD and then the cool down.
All the workouts are scalable according to your physical condition and fitness level.
Our group classes are just as friendly and welcoming as the fundamentals, with our coaches ensuring you get proper attention and guidance.
